I am a mother of two daughters, Lily and Aubrie, and I cherish the quality time we spend together every day. This particular day, I decided to make cupcakes with Lily because if she could be reincarnated, I am SURE she would pick to come back as a cupcake! We had a blast following the recipe, mixing the ingredients, patiently (or not so much) waiting for them to bake, and frosting them with LOTS of yummy icing. After we sat down to eat our creations, Lily looked at me and said, "I love you, Mommy." Then she picked up her treat and said, "I love you even more than my cupcake!"
